The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.

i know I've asked for an appeal its just I've seen a bot vaguely answer questions like mine on these forums before. i doubt my appeal will get my account unbanned that's why i came here to ask what i should avoid in the future

There are no bots here, live people do all of the replies. The Security account that you probably saw was replaced for the most part by the introduction of the appeal form. You are of course able to reply to other users and speculate on the cause of the ban, as Bungie will not give an answer.
