Yes to both. Only have one Xbox live account and an xbox. (no pc) It disappeared from the installed add on list and will not allow me to reinstall without purchase

If the market place does not show your ownership, you will have to work with Microsoft/Xbox support to have them verify and restore your purchase.

Thanks for the response. Any clue how i would accomplish that? Never had something like this happen before.

You can start here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ and then you will have to get in contact and explain your situation, make sure to have as much info as possible ready, such as order number from when you bought it etc
