I have been trying to leave my Destiny 2 clan to join another with friends but it wont let me leave even tho I'm the only person in the clan. No pending or anything. Don't know if its possible to have my clan be disbanded by Bungie but it would help. It says there is 2 out of 100 but im the only clan member. I believe my older psn account is still in it. When Cross save was introduced I saved my steam save over my old playstation save. When logging into bungie.net with my playstation log in, it loads my cross save character.
