Part of the issue is on Sony and part of the issue is on Bungie. Your on a PS5, while they say that your able to play intergeneration the fact is your not. It is trying to match you with others playing on a PS5. Given the reports of how difficult that is you can understand why you getting matched with people all over the world an getting warnings. Your connection isn't gonna matter. It's something on Sony/Bungie side an until they figure it out and fix it anytime you do matchmade activities you run the risk of being banned. It's unfortunate but something isn't working properly within the coding of the console/game that allows you to play with just anyone while doing any matchmade activity.
