Have you finished your first Battleground mission located in Nessus?
Tess doesn't give out anything for Season Pass holders. You might be looking for the Season Ranks located in the Directory.

No. If you want to start the BL campaign, you need to talk to Variks in Europa. Before you ask, do no click on the Deluxe edition advertisement next to Europa. Select the destination instead.
