There are a ton of mercies but every time im on losing side its because my team does not try to take zones. Zones win the game and i will bet most the matches you lose are because people are just not playing the match the way its meant to be played.

  • ^^^^ This. Too many players just in there doing bounties/quest stuff and are usually no help, while others are just trying to be top fragger apparently. Dudes just run by zones like they don't exist.

  • Yep.... you can pretty much tell if you're playing with blueberries or somewhat experienced players. I'm ok with ppl doing bounties or whatever....Bungie is forcing that, but the constant spawn flipping drives me crazy.... Id rather spawn trap and mercy instead of spawn flipping back and forth. I've learned to completely throw out expectations when you play with randoms...I just assume it's Clash behavior....alllllll the time🤣

  • I mostly freelance (which means I'm a blueberry a lot , ha ha), but unfortunately it's the same story when I periodically team up with friends. A lot of guys just consider the whole zone control thing to be an annoyance, so they play it like clash. The constant spawn flipping makes me nuts too. Knowing when to slow down and play positionally is just not in a lot of players' skill set. When I'm in a fireteam, I rarely make any strategic suggestions, because I've learned that it's easier to herd cats than to get a team to work together.

  • Blueberry does not mean inexperienced. If gladd and datto happened to end up in the same side as you but were not in your fireteam (green dot) they would be a blue dot. A blueberry.
