Same issues here since Beyond Light release...
Ryzen 5900X, Radeon Vega 64, Asus Crosshair VII, 32GB of PC3600 RAM.
(Latest BIOS, drivers etc.)
Running 1440p uw, used to get 100+ fps, now average in the 80's with dips down into the 50's in certain areas (particularly Tangled Shore and EDZ).
Bungie and/or AMD, plz fix :(

The issue is IMO on AMD´s side. Their drivers are known to be shitty for years. I -blam!-ing regret that purchase with passion. For example: The newest drivers offer 30% less performance in Destiny 2 than 20.4.2 drivers. But those drivers are incredibly shitty as well(daily black screen bug issues needing restarts of OS all the -blam!-ing time). If RTX3000 series card were available I would gladly change this piece of shit of a product. I will test 20.1.3 which are the drivers that are apparently capable of having the old performance AND not having the black screen bug. I will update this as I will test it.

For me personally having a rx6800xt every game except for d2 works phenomenally so there is no way this is just amd's fault

Apparently it's still on Bungie's side. Or the game is straight up super intensive now and nothing can fix it. Most people I know who have high-end GTX and RTX cards are still at 50-60 most of the time, same as me.

i know this feel,bro,strix vega 56(64 bios)tangled shore,edz,tower sometimes,gpu load like 50-70%,fuking freezes and lags,shit game code or smth,i play like this since shadowkeep
