Rather hard to feel sorry for them when they've ignored the community for months as things progressively get worse and worse and we ask them to fix it. Being nice isn't getting anywhere so maybe a nice big toxic boot in the ass might spur things along.

Or, conversely, convince them that PvP genuinely isnt worth bothering with and it will continue down the path of becoming an afterthought. Look at it this way, if someone treated you like that at work, what would your response be?

PvP is a big part of the game and won't take much to fix. Not worth cutting off a limb entirely just because of a broken bone that can be mended :)

PvP is nigh on impossible to "fix". Believe me. I do agree that PvP has been given surprisingly short shrift of late. No new PvP maps?? C'mon Bungie....

Really has - I'm a PvE main and even i feel for them! Maps - anticheat Those are the two big ticket items - get them done to win back some of the faithful who are disillusioned and make progress on the small stuff. Balance will always be an issue but that's something they'll always need to work on. Dedicated servers would be nice and could potentially make anticheat easier BUT it's super unlikely to happen - console game and all... :)

Or make things worse? They are still human beings.
