Sorry, I forgot to specify in the original post. I normally have 90+ FPS in all areas and after Season of the Chosen dropped, my FPS was bouncing around between 15-40. It was even terrible in the director which I am normally well over 150+ FPS.
So far with the NVIDIA Shader Cache setting and a custom application rule for "destiny2.exe" in Wallpaper Engine I haven't had the FPS issue again.
