Running a 3900x, 6800xt, 64gb ddr4 ram, at 1080 with all medium graphic settings in game, and with all the "tips and tricks" above performed, and I am still only getting 50-60 fps in nearly every open world/pvp area. Not to mention the horrific stuttering that literally lasts 2-3 seconds while in cutscenes or openworld areas. Been like this since Beyond Light and has not improved at all. I know it is a Bungie/D2 issue because I play a multitude of other games with 0 issues and 180-200 capped fps on max settings. "High-end users saw big improvements: we're about halfway back to pre-Beyond Light perf" my ass.
