If you have the bow reloader that is 3 energy cost and you claimed the bow reloader on the artifact mod that is 1 energy cost that one replaces the 3 energy cost one. It's possible that it's showing on your titan because you didn't pick the bow reloader on your titan. I tested this by resetting my artifact because I was worried that my bow reloader was gone.

Ah true, that would make sense because my titan's artifact is set up differently. Weird that I acquired the 3 cost after the 1 cost, but it didn't replace the 1 cost. I totally forgot the 1 cost is from the artifact. Thanks!
