The 1500 silver was just for one character not all three. Bungie is way too greedy to give you all of them.

That's somewhat incorrect. Universal Ornaments are unlocked for each character of the relevant class on your account. So you only need to buy it once for all Warlocks on your account but obviously it wouldn't unlock for any Hunter and Titan on your account who have their own class specific sets. -

Then while in the hell would they put Universal Bundle Package? Bruh that’s messed up. Once you open the box can you still get a refund? If I knew that I would of got the other ornament.

They typically start selling the individual pieces for bright dust later in the season, or at least they used to.
