Hey there. The Sub-Zero ornament is a separate purchase from Eververse and wasn't included in the Destiny 2 pre-order; only the Coldheart exotic weapon was included.

Hi BNGHelp6, Thank-you for your reply! I couldn't remember if that was the case or not. I have submitted an Eververse Missing Item request, as I know I purchased the separate bundle on Eververse for it. I just couldn't remember whether it was from pre-order, or the separate purchase was for a different limited ornament. Since it wasn't pre-order, it would have had to be that one. Hopefully I can get this resolved, it's one of my favourite ornaments in the game! Kind regards, Adurna101
