You can re-acquire the quest by interacting with the War Table in the HELM.

How exactly? I’ve got the hammer and at the table all I can get are bounties

So you deleted the Challenger's Proving quest and not the Hammer? If so, have you checked the quest archive kiosk in the Tower next to the Postmaster to see if you can re-acquire it there?

I have checked and it isn’t there as of earlier this evening. Hoping it pops up soon cuz this seems like a pretty easy to make mistake that kinda makes my season pass pointless
