Cross save mistake
Due to a cross over save miss hap all my characters are gone is there anyone to get them returned
I’ve played since D1 and have spend a lot of money and time on the game I would like to get my characters back please help

So I found I can unlink it to get them back but I can’t bc I’ve recently bought silver which idk why I can’t unlink bc the silver is with all my characters which I linked my pc account so I can’t access any of it is there any way more o fix it
