valor reset bug
i finished my valor rank for crucible 3 times now and the first time it reset completely fine sencond time too, but i went to reset it the third time but its just tells me i have to collect my reward from shaxx before i can theres no option to just reset shaxx has nothing for me at all so i cant reset how do i fix this

1 ReplyBeginning with season 13 Valor is now reset by collecting the final reward, an Ascendant Shard from Shaxx. If that reward is greyed out it may be because you currently have a full inventory of Shards. If that is the case you will need to use one shard to upgrade a piece of armor to make room. If this doesn't describe your issue, then please take a screenshot showing your Valor rank and then a screenshot of Shaxx's inventory page and finally a screenshot of your consumables inventory. Load the screenshots to a publicly accessible image sharing service such as Twitter.com or Imgur.com and reply back with links to the images.
