No time to explain ornament and Exotic sparrow

I recently bought the deluxe edition from beyond light. i got everything except the sparrow and ornament. I've done story almost all my characters. but nothing. I can't find anywhere. plz help me. i really want those items

If you was logged in the game when you bought the deluxe edition, you might have to log out then log back in the game to get them. It will update when you log off then back on and they will be a rahool. If you was not logged in the game when you bought it, the next time you log back in they will be at rahool.
