Did you check with Rahool and/or the Exo Stranger? Are you certain you bought the deluxe edition & not just the “+season” edition?

Yes i check with exo stranger en master rahool and yes i bought deluxe edition

Can you provide a pic of the item you purchased? Have you checked your download files to ensure they respective pack(s) were downloaded properly?

Its not in my add-ons and i cant download any more it but i know for a fact that bought the deluxe edition.

Hi there. Did you purchase on your Playstation or Xbox? Was the purchase made before or after you activated Cross Save?

Have you checked Master Rahool for the sparrow? The ornament should automatically appear available in the ornaments slot of NTTE once you acquire the weapon. Is it not there?

Close the game if you're currently playing. From the Xbox dashboard, highlight the Destiny 2 app. Select “Manage game & add-ons”. Navigate to the “Ready to install” section on the left and see if you have the Stranger's Upgrade Pack waiting to be installed. If it is, start the install. After it's done installing, launch the game and check for your bonus items. If it's not in the ready to install section, go to the Xbox store and search for the pack by name. When you find it, there should be an Install button. Click it to begin the download and then follow the instructions above. If it is not available to download, please look at your past purchases to verify you have bought the Deluxe edition and if you have, please contact Xbox for assistance.

Then you’ll want to contact the platform support where you bought it. Nothing from the deluxe edition is showing on your account.

they said they couldn't help me and said that I have to be at bungie with this problem

They were incorrect. Bungie doesn’t handle anything with the license aspect. Only the game itself.
