Restrictions, like bans, need time for investigation before being placed, so no, it is almost certainly not for something happened in the last couple of days alone.

The warning might have come a day before like months before; its an ingame message that most people unfortunately click through without even noticing.

So if I DID get it, no matter how long ago it was, me having a warning AT ALL on my record made it jump straight to a restriction?
