if you dont like it dont play it, whos forcin you to play pvp ? nobody, if cheaters are enjoying it then let them enjoy, if you dont enjoy playing with or against them then dont play the mode and wait for them to fix it, nobody is forcing you, grow up

Yes lets not play destiny lol. Since the launch of shadowkeep according to steam charts Destiny 2 has already lost over half its playerbase since that DLC launched. Bungie is literally killing their game and by 2022 Lightfall will be aptly named cause there will be no more guardians playing.

Here's the thing buddy. A lot of us are older folks meaning in our 30s and 40s and beyond we don't play a million games. I've been playing Destiny now for 7 years. I have certain level of investment into this game based on their promises made. So I stuck with it. I enjoy both PvE and PvP. The problem is that if I don't play PvP I'm really getting half of the experience of the game not to mention I do enjoy competitive aspect as well. The game I've actually paid for (quite a bit actually over the years). So it's not that black and white in terms of "just don't play". I like the game and it's one of the few games I actually play in free time. I don't have time to play 5 different games the same as I was younger, with obligations and work and similar. Don't be so dismissive outright. It is actually with right that we ask for these things to be fixed. Yes, we all know, it's Bungie who makes the game, it's not easy to make the game etc etc etc.. But at the end of the road in many ways this is a business transaction as well. We give them money for a service and this gives us full right to demand the service we do support with our money and have been supporting with money for a long time. Destiny 2 is here because of people like me and many others who have been there from the beginning and gave them money to keep building the game. So it's not much to ask to fix the goddamn cheating.

bruh i get what you sayin, but the thing is the game you loved is gone, most of the stuff you loved is in d1, and other 30% of the stuff that was in d2 was removed, the was left with 20% of the content, now they will just pull content from the 70% of the content they removed, and drip feed you, they sunset weapons and reintroduce the exact same thing with different number on them and make you grind and the content you actually loved wasnt even possible without the help of activision studios, so its not possible for that type of content to come back, and when it comes to cheaters they will never ever go, they will keep on increasing cause of the numbnuts who spend money on it so you are stuck in this crapshow which you loved, but now is gone

There are many good rewards including pinnacle gear to be obtained through success in PvP. So you simply saying “if you don’t like it, don’t play it” and “grow up”... So they’ve paid for this game and can’t play in an aspect of that game because people cheat at it. They voice their opinion of which they are entitled to do. And your best attempt at a reply is “grow up”. I wonder why that is.... If you can’t add something constructive to the topic then no one forced you to read it. If you don’t like it, move on and don’t read it. No one made you post a silly comment and yet you did. You don’t have to try and be toxic with an uneducated reply. Oh and before I forget.... There's a huge difference between getting openly frustrated by cheaters and actually make a stand to support it to some degree It's a lot like saying; Let atleths do drugs if they enjoy it, it's their health at stake. No, it isn't, it's all sports and all games that are at stake. To keep up with those cheating, you need to drop to their level to have a fighting chance. Having cheaters in a game that you'd otherwise enjoy, means that the game/activity you paid for, is in no way the same state you were promised in the marketing. The companies reserve their right to not being held responsible for actions done by other players, be it cheating or exploiting their code, that affect other (legit) players. They also reserve the right to permanently ban any account/IP that use the said exploits, without obligation to discuss or explain their actions even. If anyone is caught cheating without a doubt, that account will never get to play Destiny again. You think they make such strict rules if the other players have no right to point out that the game is flawed and 'unplayable'? There's no room whatsoever for 'letting them cheat if they enjoy it'. The players following the rules, have the right to have access to the game in the state it's intended to be. Cheaters have absolutely no right to even start the game without breaking the rules, that they agree to, in order to start the game
