the ??? is now on the Tangled Shore map itself, near the bottom

I'm aware of where it is supposed to be. Four-Horn Gulch near the building on the right as you enter the area. It is not there nor anywhere else in that location.

It is not there any longer. It is a Crown mission on the Tangled Shore map itself, it is not accessable from the playable area
