Same thing happened to me. I have no issues with internet sent in a ticket and have been ignored. I have been playing since D1 and when COVID hit I upgraded my internet last year. I have no problems and all of a sudden I was restricted. I am a polite Canadian but WTF. I paid for a full game and expect to get a full game. How do I get Bungie to pay attention to their player base before they lose them.
