Penumbral Blast is useless now
So, with the increased resistance to primary weapon damage when frozen, along with such a miniscule Freeze duration and heavily nerfed damage on hit, Penumbral Blast has become complete useless in PvP, unless you are a Shotgun Ape. Why is no one talking about this?

Because all of us warlocks moved over to chaos reach and dawn blade..every now and then some one will use nova bomb.
