Game takes my memory(RAM) hostage when traveling to Jetsham in Tangled Shore.

The game freezes and from my windows task manager I can see that my memory usage spikes up til about 4k before the game closes.. This is whenever I travel from fast travel point 'Thieves Landing' with my summoning vehicle to Jetsam on the tangled shore. Edit: Also crashes when on foot. Please fix. Thanks in advance -TheTorment
