Explain to me why the Hunter Dodge requires more time than it used to? The reasoning for requiring less time seemed to more appropriate. Completely bad move, just like 120s and Fellwinters, Chaperone, Adored, Arbalest, Titan everything and celestial fire... and that's just a few things.
