That would only be true if the GPU was busy. Mine never gets over 60% utilisation at 1440p Highest, and CPU is just hanging out doing basically nothing...

Well even on low settings @3440x1440 i get like ~100 FPS on Europa with a RTX 3070 and the CPU is just chilling :( but the GPU is 96% busy... No to little difference in FPS on highest settings. With a RTX 3080 i get like 10 FPS more.

The RX6800 runs the same at 1440p or even 1024*768 - badly, and no real difference between the two. At 768p it should really be running at 300fps+ without difficulty.
