Game licences don't transfer from console to Stadia as they are bought from the platform you play on.

Okay, so I’ll just have to quickly log in on my PS4 to activate the seasons passes then? It would be incredibly cool to see a Beyond Light Activation (especially since we’re just talking downloadable content/ actually with Stadia there are no downloads haha pretty sweet tbh) I’ll make due with the F2P + the season passes ✌🏽
