Bungie, I have played this game since D1 Y1. I have purchased Silver multiple times and have bought every DLC you have released. I cannot explain to you how disappointed I am to see the lack of communication in regards to this subject. This should be addressed as an emergency and if the game needs to come down to fix it then bring it down. You are losing loyal customers to a fluke in your system and its embarrasing. I have enjoyed this game for many years and to see it handled so poorly is a shame. I have nearly replaced my GPU to just play this game but decided against it. You are going to continue to lose revenue and dedicated fans if you cannot get infront of this issue and face it head on. I love what you have made Bungie and it has been apart of my life through lows of breakups and extreme highs of raising a new born. The only thing I ask is that you please.....fix your shit.
