Hello. This error could indicate that you are sending a verification code too soon after sending the previous request, or your phone type isn’t supported. I would recommend to wait a few minutes to send another verification code as well as to confirm you are using the supported phone type (no Google phone, no landline numbers, no number spoof method).

  • Hi, getting the same error over here. Tried verifying a second time, after resending the code to no avail. I'm definitely getting the codes sent via SMS but the endpoint is giving 500. The network panel shows the following error message upon hitting the API endpoint: [quote]{"ErrorCode":3,"ThrottleSeconds":0,"ErrorStatus":"UnhandledException","Message":"We’ve encountered an error, please try again later.","MessageData":{}}[/quote]

  • I am having the same issue, tried a few times the other day as well... just bought all the IB bounties too, lol. I even tried my work phone, same issue.
