I literally uninstalled the game when they removed levi, and I haven't played it since... I reinstalled and launched the game last week to see if it was back, and then promptly uninstalled again. Just make it a DLC instead of removing it. For reference I am one of those many players who literally only speedruns levi (great job messing that up by ruining the worldline), and lots of my friends who sit in levi lobbies constantly also uninstalled. I would buy the new expansions if I still played the game to see if they are any good, but I will not play the game without levi being part of it. You're losing money.
