I am being told it was because I had cross save on between steam and xbox when I purchased. Then I removed the cross save for to troubleshooting connection issues based on this article: [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12320[/url] It did not help my connection issues. I guess at this point it doesn't seem to matter anymore. I already purchased silver and used it to unlock the rest of the content. And now the season is ending anyway. Thanks
