Same here, RX6800 that runs up to 2.1GHz and D2 has it running so slow its not even running its fan. I'm seeing 1200-1600MHz clock speeds, temps less than 60c, less than 60% utilisation. Doesn't matter if I run it at 1024*768 or 1440p, same shitty performance. Seen 8fps on Europa, EDZ is a shit show when spawning in that eventually stabilises around 50fps (Harbinger is great fun not).
