Account issues
I recently started cross save and I selected my ps4 account not knowing it was bugged. I got silver to help with my season ranks before I noticed that I couldn’t get a higher light level than 1210 and nothing dropped, including pinnacle and prime engrams, to help get that higher. Never had this problem on steam. If possible, I need to discontinue cross save and stay on steam because I currently can’t play the game because of how low I am compared to the events i want to play in

You can head over to [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url][/b] and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie switch your active save or disable cross save IF you are on a silver lockout. You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time. I also answered your question from your other post, so definitely take a look at that.
