It's overpowered on purpose to sell expansions. People that don't own Beyond Light still play in lobbies that have Stasis users. Same thing happened in Forsaken. Spectral, Nova Warp, Blade Barrage. They do this so people that are getting killed by the supers get frustrated or intrigued and buy the expansion. Then we as players have to wait for them to come up with nerfs because they wanted to squeeze every penny out of everyone instead of releasing a great game and making money with respect.
