They probably don't have time. After all, they've got to come with activities for future Seasons, program those activities, come up with new weapons and armor to replace the weapons and armor being Sunset at the end of every Season, and program those weapons and armor into the game. Making the game revolve completely around this Seasonal model has killed any quality assurance that goes into this game.

That is laughable. It wouldn't take more than 5 minutes, nay - 1 minute, into a crucible match to realize that shit (stasis) is still broken. As others have already suggested, Bungie cares about money and right now stasis sells. They by all means have the time to QA/QC, which is a standard part of releasing ANY product. And if they truly don't have the time, they certainly have the money to outsource QA/QC. I'm sure there are countless and willing guardians that would be available to test Destiny 2 content before release.
