Most of the time, play testers mainly ensure that that the game is playable and there are no major bugs.
Balancing stuff like weapons, supers, etc. Comes from collecting data and stats over a period of time.

Edited by KojoWan: 1/28/2021 9:58:35 PMExcept that their most recent update was a nerf to stasis shatter dive, etc. Wouldn't take more than a couple minutes of gameplay to realize the damage range wasn't significantly altered. Don't need to a large sample size in this instance to document that the supposed nerf to stasis is minimal at best. On paper it was seem that damage and damage range should have seen a sizable reduction, but I don't think players are experiencing or noticing this since shatterdive deaths are still rampant.
