The Game has 2 problems when it is about matchmaking: - no built in ingame LFG - bad introductions to new mechanics and activities Anybody remembers their 1st Game of Gambit? Beeing in a real Game while there is a comment from the off explaining a few things? Laughable and no wonder why so many do not get basic stuff. To make people ready for high Tier Nightfalls, give them a solo introduction quest they have to pass. Like learning basic stuff such as different shields, elemental explosions, that there is always at least one safe spot no matter in which combat area you are in. And good Lord, introduce the champions one by one and explain that you need mods combined with certain weapons to even stand a chance. And to be honest, it would not hurt to display the majority of shields used in NF other than expecting everybody to know each enemy type or NF in and out.
