Once again couldn’t agree more, a vote to kick function would do wonders.

I can see trolling happening. Before the boss is killed, kick members so they don’t get anything.

Not just that. People voting to kick someone just because. The destiny community is very quick to exploit anything. "Oh this guy didnt rez me, Kick Him!!!" "That guy stole my kill for my bounty, kick him!"
