Since D1, I've never taken anybody who opposed the implementation of matchmaking seriously. If you don't want to use it, then don't. It has no effect on you or your game sessions. None.
Just because we're comfortable with using this app or other LFG sites to try and group up with people doesn't mean everybody else is. It's about having something for everybody. I shouldn't have to -blam!-ing explain this to grown men and women.

The problem I have with it is that Matchmaking is not toggled. You can't just turn off matchmaking, if you go in without a team it will automatically add players to your team without hesitating. That's why I'm against making it matchmaking. If we could turn matchmaking off and on at will I would happily support it.

They already have firewalled options in game, just have to implement it across the board

They also had the armsmaster modifier which they could have used to deal with the ever present meta weapons that the community are obsessed with using during endgame PvP. But they didn't and won't think to apply firewall for matchmade activities

I feel that bro. Yes, that needs to be a feature as well. Give the players choice.
