That's a Lever action shotgun not a Lever action rifle

A leaver action shotgun is a leaver action rifle... If you load slugs.... It just so happens that destiny slugs arnt realistic and disappear after 10m.

If you're talking realistic, a lever action rifle can shoot much farther than a shotgun with a slug barrel and it's not even close.

All the lever action is, is how the spent round is ejected and a new one is chambered. Has nothing to do with accuracy or range. They are effective out to a few hundred yards, which dwarfs a slug shotgun, where effective range tops out at about 100 yards.
