Trying to keep it fresh not salty:
- eliminate power levels
- Use AI aggression and modifiers to determine difficulty
- xp earned from activities, puzzles, & kills unlock end game content
- vendors actually sell large loot pool in game or white / green / blue frames that can be upgraded with in game resources
- common world drops are resources for in game purchases
- rare world drops are high stat gear pieces
- no blue drops
- no shader drops
- end game activities drop rare high stat items
- improve lobby balancing and lobby balancing transparency for PvP
- introduce in game PvP player rating / ranking
- don’t allow joining PvP in progress
- Where did Clash go for PvP? Why is this not a primary lobby?
- new, larger PvP maps are needed
Things going well:
- Exotics are in a good place overall with lots of awesome build / synergy possibilities
- Europa as a whole is very cool
- Lore
- Art
- Music
- Gun feel
- Artifact
Alternatives to sunsetting:
- If location and related missions are not vaulted the associated gear is not vaulted and infusable
- “Spend it how you want” model: Replace sunsetting with gear maintenance requiring in game resources to keep gear working. Added with vendors selling defined loot pool - players would have agency to choose when new stuff is easier / more valuable / more fun based on their own assessment of value of resource investment.

Fix matchmaking in Trials
