You are missing the Europan Eclipse emblem. You get it by completing the Hunting Party triumph (all 4 steps of it).

Thank you for the info. It’s the most Bungie thing ever that I have to complete a triumph not listed on the seal to complete the title. 22 more champions it is then!

It's not listed on the seal, but the [b]Collections badge[/b] is. Quite a number of seals have a collections badge associated with them.
