120's are definitely much better than they were buy statistically they still have one of the slower ttk's in the game. There both forgiving in the sense you only need 1 precision and 2 body shots. But there also really punishing to use because if you miss one shot your ttk shoots wayyyyyy up. I know you mentioned pulse rifles but they are technically meta now too. Specifically high impact pulse rifles like cold denial and stars in shadow. Both have a 0.6 second ttk I believe (correct me if I'm wrong there) Also vigilance wing is very very good. While not meta I've found alot of joy using sidearms and scout rifles. (Lonesome and the raid scout are my favourite). Basically what I'm saying is yh 120 hand cannons are good. But only if you can use them well. There are alot of other viable options. And if things go really bad just freeze and smash everyone.

    Do you think TTK matters when the ping is more than the difference of the TTK so you get trades anyway.. Never ever have I heard "oh he had a better TTK weapon thats why I lost." from someone who understands PVP when tis not straight up 1v1.. You can take in account womrhusk hunter ddoge dmg reduction etc ertc.. and in the end TTK means nothing,. when one weapn can map ppl for 90 dmg.. 0.0x seconds aint gonna do much.

    120s have a couple of issues. - One is the range, able to compete and sometimes even exceed in the same ranges as pulse rifles. They make scouts even less usable than they already were. - Second problem is the headshot hitbox generosity. There's been instances of shooting someone in the knee at solid pulse rifle range and it counting as a headshot. Bullet magnetism is strong on most handcannons, but 120s are on a different level. - Finally, 120s jump from a one second TTK to half a second (two headshots) when they have anything buffing their damage, something seen all too often in this meta. True Prophecy can run with Rampage, Charged with Light is more common than ever before, and the damage boost from freezing someone with the Whisper of Hedrons fragment is super easy to obtain. Sturm also two-taps after becoming overcharged once you kill someone with Drang, but that's much less of an issue. These things combine together to make an extremely powerful 120rpm handcannon meta. Almost makes me miss auto rifles from S10 and S11. [i]Almost.[/i]
