No it is Warlocks and Hunters planning against Titans.
With Titans having big shoulders (and we want them to have even bigger shoulder armour) it gives us a advantage in the Crucible.
We can run through a doorway to escape while the Titan gets stuck.

Think.. Big shoulders... small doorway. Warlocks or Hunters can run through quickly but Titans with big shoulders would have problems. Just like the original Dr Who Darleks who could not go up or down stairs (later Darleks were given the ability to fly) allowing the heros to escape.
