Titles that are repeatable need to be prestiged through the duration of the games shelf life. So good start with color but no. Bring a node based identifier on that title up to 7 earnings. No illuminati triangle or wrong facing stars as identifiers, 3s or sixes please. Lol Conquerer (title) Identifier >>> * = earned once ** twice *** thrice Right under the title itself. -
14 RepliesWhat happens when the Season is over? Each Season, the optional gilding objectives will reset and may even change to fit the unique experiences of any given Season. All of the base objectives of the Title will be preserved, and your Title will revert to its typical purple coloring ...... Meaning: There is no point in gilding your title- it also gets sunset ahahhah! It goes back to normal at the end of the season.

I don’t like freezing or being frozen in this game. Ice does not feel good in Destiny. Stasis is an idea that should have been shot down at the early stages of it spawning into creation. I don’t like being told that the darkness is a more powerful choice than the Light. Both narratively and meta-wise it feels terrible. And Bungie is forcing stasis on us. Big time. Sun-setting spits on our preferences and ignores the time we have invested into the gear. All gear now is DOA. Bungie is forcing us to leave our gear behind with expiration dates. AND WHY IS ARMOR BEING SUNSET?!? Respecting our time? Doesn’t feel like it.

Save yourselfs any further emberssment, just sell the Destiny's IP to a company that remotely cares a damm about the future of the franchise. Bungie studio's complete and utter failure to implement a workable engine in the core game.. has now come to it's final deffiong final act. How much longer can the franchise linger on a this almost a dead state We have held on for 6 years and yet all you can muster is recycled content & low hanging subclasses with broken ability's The DLC offering was in no way shape or form worth the infated pricetag. And yet your company seriously finds it acceptable for the community to support a clearly failng business model. Just look at how far the mighty have fallen...

About that upcoming state of Destiny.... Things have come so undone over the last year — and have accelerated so much in the wrong direction lately — that I’m afraid it will be impossible to start tying it all together in one SoD. The rabbit they’d need to pull out of their hat is basically impossible to imagine. I just don’t see it all coming together any time soon. All those steps backwards, and.. what? A magical shuffle step that ties it all together? Bungie, I haven’t played this franchise in almost a year. I miss the old Bungie that made Myth and Oni and the best Halo titles. I linger around here because I’ve been a fan for 20+ years, but you’re not showing me what you think it is you’re showing me.

Considering that every season people complain about Eververse refreshing but no vendor refresh, youve done extremely well to ignore that point for the past few years. Titles? Regrind just to make them a different colour? How absolutely out of touch can you be? Here's an idea. Make Titles confer some tangible benefit to the player. Make Rivensbane and Cursebreaker give players a 10-25% damage output bonus in Last Wish / Dreaming City. Make Crucible Titles give a similar bonus to Crucible activities.... (ok, probably not because...Crucibabies, but you get the idea). Give us something tangible to chase instead of "oooo thats glittery".... I loved Destiny. Played D1 religiously from October Y1. But now, it just seems like all creativity has left Bungie as a studio. It seems that the vision for the future of the game is aimed at 3 year olds who want shiny stuff instead of GOOD stuff. You sunset our gear to promote a variation in gear useage but then reintroduce that same gear almost immediately. How can you not see why the players are getting a little irritated? Aztec said it best...'if you had any intention of giving us better gear than we had, we wouldve sunset our old gear voluntarily'. PvP players are crying out for a removal of Stasis from the game mode, PvE players are crying out for more challenging content beyond the mind-numbing, loadout restricting champions model. When the only thing holding your players back from smashing the new raid day 1 in an instant, is contest mode, you know your content sucks. Please please please find your creativity again. Stop reissuing old gear you took from us. Stop imagining that we dont realise its the same gear we paid to access in previous seasons/dlcs. Your playerbase is loyal and we want to love the game again, but you have to give us something to work with.

We need 2 seasons a year instead of 3. Dawn and Arrivals were great. Forge and Opulence were great. Worthy and Drifter were not good.

I will give credit were credit is due You finally responded to player feedback about seasonal content disappearing by allowing it to stay till the end of the year, thats 2 steps forward by letting it stay and 1 step back by saying its gone in Year 5. Your slowly getting there it takes a year for you to understand what people want (people asked for this in Y3 when that garden activity existed) I still fear what your gonna do with the prismatic reskin-caster

Prismatic caster focusing: "Because Umbral Engrams are here to stay, the new Recaster will have different pages for each Season, and you will be able to Focus engrams to the Season of your choice. " Who would opt for picking gear from a previous season, that makes it sunset that much faster? Do you all think these things through before you post them? Why would anyone chose to make their gear obsolete even faster?
