Warden seal final triumph bugged.
Triumph to have all 3 gaurdians have Hawkmoon equipped on completion of harbinger quest didn't reward Triumph. We had it equipped for whole mission and never got Triumph.

Same issue here. Done it twice, everyone equipped with Hawkmoon, and did not get the triumph unlocked... Waiting now to have some feedback from Bungie.
