Thought about it some more with you suggesting it be a chest or helmet and the intended perk. Id think its a chest Peace called "Flicker Beat Jacket". Perk would be "One Heart" - When Gunslinger is activated with another guardian gain the buff "One Heart" which shares damage taken. If one of the two dies the other one will receive buff "Grief" which refreshes Gunslinger if still active giving it 2 powerfull "Heartbreak-Shots" which are abel to chainkill guardians in a given radius. Could be a crimson doubles exclusiv exo.
