I really hope Bungie you guys can acknowledge there are two issues at hand, both AMD related and Nvidia. Seems much more impactful on the AMD side especially with folks like myself who have 6000 series cards and can't go back to older drivers as a band-aid. As others have put, the only title I experience these issues on is Destiny (post beyond light), and by issues, it's fluctuating frame rates and choppiness that is nowhere near pre Beyond Light. No settings in-game change the fps and there is very low GPU utilization. EDZ and Tangled shore really show the issues at hand. My worry is this will be fixed for Nvidia guys but not AMD and more time will pass and lots will not be able to enjoy the game. The game is completely unplayable and would really appreciate weekly or biweekly updates if it's being worked on for an AMD fix.

  • This. Quite unfortunate. I grabbed a red devil 6900xt and the tangled shore seems like it's running on last gen consoles. I also regret selling my 5700xt for this. Time for a new game I guess.

  • Pretty much the exact same problem. I’m on 6900 XT and R5 3600 on newest drivers (release 21.1.1) and newest Destiny patch 3.0.2 and the bug still persists.

  • Just remember that last time destiny had problems with AMD they took a year long almost to fix...I'm moving on, can't bother waiting anymore losing all the progress I've made since D2 release... Really sad, spent a lot upgrading my PC just to get treated like crap from Bungie

  • Just wanted to bump my own thread. I was really not enjoying my 6900XT decided to sell at a profit (getting concerned with drivers). Nvidia must have heard my plea for help and I managed to snag a 3080 GTX the same day. Destiny wise all the fps issues I experienced with 6900XT are gone and the game is playable again. 100% an AMD issue at hand. There is a big issue with AMD drivers and I pray for you guys that Bungie doesn't ignore AMD for the remainder of Beyond Light. Not sure if it's a Bungie thing or AMD thing tbh. I would be as vocal as possible to come across or tag those Community Managers on Reddit to ensure there is visibility on the issue. Please see this post Bungie and respond to the thread to assist the AMD guys this is absurd the game isn't playable.
