No pinnacle drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn’t get pinnacle drop for doing the 3 strikes. Pretty annoying and getting tired of this game. Constant grind to get the same pinnacles and not move up for 3 weeks or just plain not getting your pinnacle drops when you should. Sort it out bungie! What kind of company doesn’t have a contactable customer service!? Shocking but unsurprising behaviour.

Hi there! Can you please provide more information on this? Are you sure you completed the weekly quest as with the correct subclass equipped?

Hi there. It's likely either the Pinnacle reward went to your Postmaster or was an item in a slot that you already have gear at the same or higher level. The 3 strikes weekly reward is also a +1 Pinnacle reward, so if your overall level is 1258, it would drop at 1259, even if you have other items in that same slot that are already 1259 or 1260.
