Focusing too much on gear score and gear stats can become pretty frustrating...
I still haven't gotten a single 1260 secondary weapon... its a bit of a miff but i don't really worry too much about it
Like another Guardian said, the only content that requires super good gear is GrandMaster Nightfalls... and they lock your gear score at 1275 anyways..
Just Have fun with the Gameplay, the loot is an added little bonus, try not to make it your main priority...

Destiny is Advertised as a Sci-Fi RpG Action Shooter... It's not even Advertised as a Looter... Some Guardians Expectations might not be directly aligned with the Reality of what the game is Classified as Being... I think that is the biggest problem facing Guardians on these forums to be honest... The Loot is Literally a Bonus aspect of the Overall Gameplay Archetype... Action Sci-Fi RpG Shooter... I wouldn't mind if they completely removed randomised loot and went back to static weapons.. The loot system is just there to match gaming market trends... current gamers want a "carrot" to chase. So Bungie keeps creating new carrots... And what is with the "Are you Listening to Yourself?" You don't have to try to belittle, mock and ridicule people to state an opposing opinion. Not being negative or belittling you, destiny is a looter shooter, there is zero denying that, its what type of game it is, and the acceptance of mediocrity on peoples part is absurd, bungie has gotten more and more lazy and is taking any replayability out of the game and more and more are acting like this is amazing. Its time they get their feet held to the fire like when Activision was in charge and making them make a much better game. Bungie is running it into a brick wall atm.

I think this game is far from Mediocre It might be the fact that I play other games, which helps put into perspective how great destiny actually is... Destiny is the best fps action shooter experience out there right now... And I love the Direction Bungie is taking this Game.. VOG coming back, Crota Eventually, they have stopped wasting resources on trials and crucible. Revamping the loot system, adding transmog. Bringing some of the best destiny 1 strikes back... I love the season model in this game and am really hopeful for the future ☺ These next couple years are going to be super fun 🤗 Sorry your not having a good time, But I am loving it right now and so are all of my friends... I don't think videogames "respect time" It is up to you to respect your own time. If you are spending your time doing something that isn't fun or is just frustrating, you might want to consider doing something else. Some people love racket ball... i personally find it unenjoyable so i don't play racket ball. It's okay to take a break from destiny and play something else. I play 4 different games throughout the week right now. Destiny is my favorite game currently, but you should Just play what You enjoy... Best Wishes Guardian 🤗

I am completely enjoying Beyond Light and Stasis... Can't wait for the next expansion... until then we get Seasons and the "free" VoG Raid The holiday events are coming too Guardian 🤗 We got revamped loot system, transmog is coming, new nightfalls, new activity specific loot, and who knows what else they haven't announced yet... I definitely love that Bungie is going back to what made this game amazing, before they were consumed by Activision... Very Excited for the next Couple Years in Destiny 2 🤩🤩🤩 Best Wishes Guardian 🤗

Bringing vog a mediocre ass raid back again isn't the answer we are tired of them being lazy and bringing back reskins of d1 if I wanted to play d1 ill put it in the ps4 or ps5 they have no creative vision anymore and are driving the game into the ground this is from a guardian who has maintained top 1% of the raid community until recently....

I think VOG and Crota were the Best Raids they ever created, and I am certain they will provide the opportunity for an amazing experience for me and my friends again. Deep Stone Crypt is Amazingly fun too, I am very very happy with the direction Bungie is taking this game. Just Take a Break if you are frustrated, it will make you feel better to jump into a new gaming journey for awhile. Best Wishes Guardian 🤗

You mention the easiest raids as fun, the best raids even by the community as an entirety are kingsfall wrath and last wish the objectively harder raids. If you don't see this games aimed entirely at casuals now and not people who play for a challenge you're missing the entire issue. Frankly as in your other post I asked you to stop messaging because the bootlicking is starting to get annoying ill just be muting you.

Other Guardians have different Opinions, i know that. VoG and Crota are super fun Raids, not overly complicated and not excessively time consuming. Same reason why I love Deep Stone Crypt All my friends love it too... Maybe you are just interacting with the wrong types of gamers... if everyone around you is being negative it will just encourage you to be negative too... try to find some happier gamers to play with maybe? I think the game is pretty great currently. I love the New Expansion Content and Subclass I Love how they add a new Exotic Quest With each Season and Give us a new ornament set for all three classes... I just got Shadowkeep last month, so I am happy to hear they are gonna bring that gear back. Gonna have tons of fun running the dungeons with my friends 😍 The two new strikes coming are some of my favorite from Destiny 1 and I can't wait to see what kind of spin they put on them for the new story... 😊 Vault of Glass is coming Back pretty soon, which is going to be Amazing. 🤩🤩🤩 I was hoping since release that they would bring the old raids back... ☺ The Valentines Event will be here soon too, Hope you have a special someone to spend the time with Guardian 🤗 But really, loot is the last thing Guardians should be focusing on, it really is kind of a waste of energy, fuels obsession and addictive behaviors and only leads to frustration. There is so much fun to be had in this Game if you just stop focusing on loot stats... I understand if you are frustrated though, maybe try a different game for awhile if you aren't having fun here anymore Best Wishes Guardian 🤗

If everyone left this would be anthem all over.... look at my playtime and raid stats there is nothing for veteran players its a sorry state for anyone who isn't new light and you're helping contribute to the issue of giving old gear back is perfectly acceptable, it isnt. This whole expansion was not great bringing things back also isnt the answer.

If your not having a fun time just take a break It's okay to take a break sometimes Guardian, in fact it will probably make you feel better playing a new game for awhile. I play 4 different games right now. Destiny 2 for a fun space magic chill time with my friends. The Witcher to dive into more of a story driven solo rpg game. Just Cause 4 (Ps Plus) and also pretty fun hectic mayhem gameplay. Which is super stress relieving. And fifa 18 when i feel like getting into some football action. Play some other games it will most certainly make you feel better, and might bring you a new perspective on how great of a game Destiny actually is... Best Wishes Guardian 🤗

I don't need to see your raid profile, or what % position you are in on the video game. I think maybe that is the reason why you are having such a frustrating time though. It's not a contest or anything Guardian, just have fun, if your not having fun, take a break... Come back after you feel well rested, or don't come back, that's fine too. There are tons of other games out there... And you really should try to break the habit of being negative towards other gamers as a solution to your frustrations.
